We found out that yesterday was a free day at the Field Museum here in Chicago, so we decided to hop on the train and go for a visit with Molly. It's important to get her some culture every now and then.

Molly really enjoyed the ancient Americas exhibit and the artifacts from Tibet. She was not, however, very excited about being help up for a picture near Sue, the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Its obvious that Dad is not going to be able to do much to protect her from the vicious dinosaur, either.

She was quite comfortable around the giant elephants, though. Even though these are not Indian elephants, she is used to pachyderms from her opportunities to ride them in utero and the time that she saw them at the zoo.
